Method
Cut cucumber into pieces
Remove the skin of Kiwi fruit, and cut it into pieces
Gently add them to a bowl
Add lime juice, chili flakes and salt
Garnish with mint and coriander leaves
Cool it and serve

CUCUMBER BLACK PEPPER SALAD
Ingredients
Cucumber- 4
Freshly ground black pepper
Curry leaves
Salt to taste

Method
Cut the cucumber into thin long strips
Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper over it
Add salt, garnish and serve

CUCUMBER YOGHURT SALAD
Ingredients
Cucumber- 4
Yogurt -3 teaspoons
Salt to taste
Few sprigs of coriander leaves

Method
Cut cucumber into small pieces
Spread yogurt on the top
Add salt to taste
Garnish and serve with fervour
